This 2 piece adapter includes teeth and a ring to lock the tap upright, and a conical piece to screw onto the MFL thread of a liquid disconnect (either a black plastic one or a steel one with a black stripe)
This allows for a compact beer keg system on any keg with ball lock disconnects, from 2L to 19L.
